BREW GUIDE
Step 1
Before you start brewing, let’s boil some water. Take out one satchel, shake to loosen coffee grounds then tear open along the open line. Stretch both anchors and secure it to the rim of your mug. Shake it lightly to level the coffee grounds.
Step 2
It’s time to brew! Start your timer and pour 50ml of hot water over the coffee grounds. Let it steep the coffee for 1 minute.
Step 3
Then, pour hot water all the way up to the open line (approximately 75ml). Let the water drip through and repeat by adding a second pour of hot water all the way up to the open line. Once all the water has dripped through, remove filter and enjoy your brew!
Total serve = 200ml. You can adjust strength by adding extra hot water.
ICED FILTER (SUMMER SELECTION)
Try it as an iced filter!
Step 1
Put 150g of ice cubes in a jug. Then take out one satchel, shake to loosen coffee grounds then tear open along the open line. Stretch both anchors and secure it to the rim of your jug.
Step 2
Start your timer and pour 100ml of hot water over the coffee grounds. Let it steep the coffee for 45 seconds.
Step 3
Pour 50ml hot water to finish the brew. Once all the water has dripped through, remove filter, give it a good stir then pour in to a glass full of ice cubes. Enjoy your brew!
